You don’t just sit, watch and learn in MIHCA. You DO!
MIHCA students are immersed in hands-on, practical and interactive training starting on their first day at the Institute. 80% of your time will be devoted to practical training and 20% will be spent in the classroom learning the theories and principles of the service in the hospitality industry according to the highest of international standards.
Each class has a maximum number of twenty-five students so that the instructors may give every student personalized attention.
Our modern and state-of-the art laboratories, equipment and facilities provides you with the chance to experience and develop your skills in an environment that would be as close as possible to what you will be experiencing on the job. You will be using equipment, chemicals, materials and practice systems and procedures that are used and practiced in the world’s best hospitality operations.

You will initially work with the best Philippine hotels and restaurants, through an externship as part of your learning. During your externship, you gain significant work experience to further cement your knowledge and skills.
In the end, we will provide you with employment assistance through the Principal Employers of the Magsaysay Human Resource Group, among which are Princess Cruises, Costa Crociere, P&O Cruises, AIDA Cruises and other cruise, hotel and restaurant operations both here and abroad.
