You need to be:
- at least 18 years old
- at least 2nd year college, or
- at least high school graduate provided he/she has at least one year working experience related to the program he/she is applying for.
Admission Steps:
Step 1: Proceed to the 6th floor Times Plaza Building and look for the Admission Officer. Fill up the admission form and submit it to the Admission Officer. After the initial evaluation has been completed, payment for Admission Examination must be paid (Php 400.00).
Step 2: Proceed to 6th floor Times Plaza Building and present the Official Receipt to Admission and Records Officer. You may now take the examination.
Administration Examination Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday Only
9:00 AM Only
Step 3: You will get the result of the Admission Examination and will be given instruction from the Admission and Records Officer. If you pass the examination, you will be given a schedule for your interview.
- If you fail in the examination, you may be given another chance to take the examination on a different schedule with a corresponding fee. Only two (2) retakes are allowed.
Step 4: Do well in the interview.
- If you fail in the interview, you would be advised accordingly.
- If you pass the interview, you will be given medical referral form for medical examination by the Admission Officer.
Step 5: Take medical examination. You will be advise after 3 working days about the medical result. Proceed to the next step.
Step 6: Enroll and pay at the Front Office. Complete all requirements and sublit to Admission Officer, fill-up registration form and pay at the front Office.

When you apply, bring your:
- NSO-issued or authenticated Birth Certificate
- High School or College Diploma
- Form 137 (for High School Graduates) or Transcript of Records (for College Level/Graduates)
- Certificate of Employment, if applicable
- Medical Certificate indicating that applicant is fit for training.
