We are about equipping people, training people, enhancing people and preparing them to meet the challenges in the global hospitality, cruise and tourism industry.

Combining expert teaching staff, modern facilities and equipment and world-class hospitality and culinary training curriculum developed by Johnson & Wales University of the United States, MIHCA develops and enhances individuals with the proper skills and attitudes that would lead to their achieving the dream of having a career in hospitality, culinary arts, travel, and tourism industry.

MIHCA is and integral part of the Human Resource Group of the Magsaysay Group of Companies that serve the human resource requirements of the worlds largest cruise lines, hotels, resorts and toursim operations among others.

MIHCA is part of the Magsaysay Learning organization that offers certificated and upgrading courses for the Maritime profession through the Magsaysay Training Center and the Magsaysay Institute of Shipping in Cavite. It also offers training for healthcare certifications through Magsaysay Global Services in Manila and Star of Asia in Bacolod, Tourism Courses certified by the International Air Transport Association are also offered by MIHCA.
