The Magsaysay Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts (MIHCA) is a member of the Magsaysay Group of Companies with two branches in Manila, one in Cebu and one in Jakarta, Indonesia. Established in 2007, MIHCA designed a unique learning system that involves 80% hands-on training and 20% classroom-type lectures to maximize learning and ensure that students are prepared to enter the workforce.
